Based on the research of instructional coaching leaders like Jim Knight, Elena Aguilar, and Nicole Turner, the Microsoft Certified Coach program teaches you how to coach as a partner, learner, and leader, focusing on coaching with impact, working with data, and providing resources while making effective use of Microsoft Education tools.

Unlike other EdTech coaching programs which focus mainly on digital tool training, the Microsoft Certified Coach curriculum guides instructional coaches through personal goal setting and being connected learners, system advocates, and thoughtful partners to those they coach. Our expert facilitators guide participants through job-embedded growth protocols and provide ongoing support through online MCC communities.

Lasting 6–9 months, the Microsoft Certified Coach program culminates in the submission of a portfolio of practice with personalized support and feedback from one of our program facilitators throughout the process.
